Confidentiality, Reporting and RecordkeepingNote - Because this is a 5-part program, registration for this series is for ALL of the sessions. There is no prorated registration for a single date. You are encouraged to participate in the full series, but attendance for all 5 is not required for CME credit. Your certificate of attendance will document the sessions you attended.Who Should Attend:The workshops are open to all interested persons involved in physician health activities. They are designed particularly for those who have a role with a wellbeing committee of a medical staff or medical group and/or those with a leadership or peer review role in the medical staff or medical group.
